12 ounces package silken or soft tofu
2 bananas, sliced (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup canned, drained, juice-packed peach slices
1/2 cup strawberries or loose packed frozen fruit
1 1/2 cups fat free milk or soy milk
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend to desired consistency. Adjust sweetness if desired.
