1 cup lemon juice
1 cup SPLENDA®
2/3 cup fresh mint leaves
5 cups water
Boil 2 cups of water. Add mint leaves and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside. Cool at room temperature, and then strain out leaves. Combine mint liquid, lemon juice, Splenda® and the remaining 3 cups of water. Mix well. Refrigerate. Serve over ice and with fresh mint leave sprigs.
