The next time you’re at our Petaluma Medical Offices, look for the Mobile Market to buy fresh organic fruits and vegetables.
The Mobile Market parks in parking lot B in front of the medical offices every Wednesday from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm. It’s a program organized by the nonprofit Petaluma Bounty, which provides affordable organic produce to low-income families in the community.
Member Tara Funk spotted the Mobile Market after getting an allergy shot at Petaluma. “I thought it was a really good idea,” she says. “It encourages people to buy fruits and vegetables instead of buying some other type of food, like junk foods.”
