Evaluation

We are committed to learning what works then using that information to improve our programs and the impact they have. We also make important contributions to the field by building the evidence base. For these reasons, a rigorous evaluation of our activities is a central part of our Community Health Initiatives effort. As part of our evaluation, we document community changes and the impact those changes have on behavior and clinical outcomes. We also work with funders and the Institute of Medicine to share what we learn.

Cross-Site Evaluation Tools
