Our Successes:

• Purchased software in order to provide 50,000 Oregon residents with electronic medical records
• Podiatrists provided 3,000 visits at Orthopedic Hospital specialty care clinic in south Los Angeles
• Radiologists provided 2,000 reviews of radiological exams for homeless patients in Los Angeles
• Instituted ALL (Aspirin, Lovastatin; Lisinopril) with 900 low-income, uninsured patients in partnership with San Diego Council of Community Clinics
• Committed over $10 million in HIT-related investments to safety net organizations
• Awarded $1 million grant to Oregon Community Health Information Network
• Made strategic grants of more than $7.1 million to support better data management at community health centers and public hospitals
• Contributed more than $500,000 in scholarship funds to safety net health care teams
• Purchased $75,000 in software designed to prevent dangerous drug interactions for patients receiving care in community health centers in Montgomery County, MD
