At Kaiser Permanente, we are here to make lives better. In 2007 and again in 2008 a group of people from Kaiser Permanente headed to Mississippi and Louisiana to honor the pledge we made to help with the long-term Hurricane Katrina recovery and rebuilding efforts. There, they worked on a series of community building projects organized by the Hands On Network affiliates in Biloxi, Mississippi and New Orleans, Louisiana.
