Community Health Initiatives/HEAL
Community Health Initiatives (CHI) seek to measurably improve the health of the communities we serve. Our approach emphasizes public health interventions, policy change, organizational practices, and the community conditions that influence health. CHI is a major element of our Healthy Eating Active Living (HEAL) program– a multifaceted strategy to address the obesity epidemic and the many health issues that can be a byproduct of poor nutrition and inactivity.
