KPCF celebrates eight years of supporting projects and activities focusing on the places in our community "where health begins." Since its inception in 2004, the Kaiser Permanente Community Fund has awarded more than $20 million in grant funding to more than 100 organizations. Funded by Kaiser Permanente Northwest and distributed by Northwest Health Foundation, the Kaiser Permanente Community Fund’s objective is to advance the health of local communities served by Kaiser Permanente Northwest. On May 21, organizations supported by the fund will gather to celebrate successes and identify further opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
